Computers and IT now play a major role in our daily lives. Unfortunately not everyone has been lucky enough to receive even a basic education on how to use computers and other IT products, such as fax machines, digital cameras and wireless sound systems. At ElephantDesign we are pleased to be able to offer advice and tuition to those looking to learn more about computers and other gadgets with our Home User Tuition service.

After booking a lesson we ask you to make a list of everything you want to learn about, and things you feel you could improve on. We then plan a lesson timetable around this. It may be that we recommend you have one lesson, or we may recommend we spread your learning over a few sessions - it depends entirely on how much you want to learn and at what pace we can take things. This service is available at your place of residence/office (so you are using your own machine)
