Hardware - physical aspect of your PC/Laptop

It depends on what the problem maybe as to whether we fix your PC/Laptop at your home or take it away for repair. Our IT expert can visit to make an initial assessment and decided whether full fault diagnosis or part replacement needs to take place elsewhere, or whether he can fix it there and then. You may need to part with your PC/Laptop for a period of time in order to get it mended, however we do strive to put right your PC/Laptop quickly at your location.

Software - these are the programmes you have installed or run

The problem may be with your PC/Laptop as a whole or with one particular piece of software. Again we can visit to make an initial assessment and decided through fault diagnosis whether your PC/Laptop can be repaired at your location or taken away. If the operating system needs reinstalling (Windows) this would be done off site due to the time it takes.

Viruses

This would also be the case on finding a virus on your PC/Laptop, again due to time restraints as most anti-virus software, although capable of finding the virus and dealing with it effectively, will however often leave much of the damage caused by the virus, which impacts on the performance of your PC/Laptop. Don't be disturbed by the thought of having to hand over your PC/Laptop, you will receive a receipt and we will of course take good care of it! It is often a more practical solution and at times it could work out more cost effective for you.

Broken website?
  • If you have bought a package from us then minimal website support is naturally included in your fee. If your website has not been designed or maintained by us then we will charge an initial Evaluation Fee of £15. The whole or part of websites can break and we will require the necessary access in order to carry out repairs.
    • Need something adding to or changing on your website?
  • Please look at our web design services, you may like to add a single page design or simply alter the content of your existing website, our prices start from anywhere between £15 and £50, for this service however please note it is completely dependant on structure of your website and how it is maintained.

  • Perhaps you don't feel people are seeing your website or that is not linked to the right places to capture your target audience? Perhaps you feel people are not responding to your website and you're considering updating the look and feel?
